CR & E is discussing demilitarization projects in Russia.  CR&E has completed a project to review the United States Demilitarization Database for the Metal Parts Furnace as it pertains to the Metal Parts Furnace being installed in Russia (Shchuch’ye).  The project report was completed September 2004.   CR&E is discussing future work in Russia with both EG&G Defense Materials and Parsons.  The initial tasks are projected to utilize CR&E systemization and startup expertise as well as experience on the demilitarization furnaces.
